Comments:

Gauchos, Brazilian cowboys, serve 12 different meats and poultry that have been cooked over an open-flame. This style is called Rodizio and the meats are carved at your table. Filet Mignon with and without bacon, prime rib, lamp chops, different sirloin cuts, sausage, pork ribs, pork loin and chicken wrapped in bacon are served over and over. All this arrives after you enjoy the gourmet salad bar with shrimp, proscuitto, asparagus, hearts of palm, cheese and lots more. To accompany your Rodizio serving at Ipanema there is a hot bar with vegetables, rice or beans and mashed potatoes. The pineapple carved at your table is a sweet and delicious treat.  

It is possible to just have the salad bar. If you have the whole Rodizio experience there is a 15 % discount for seniors.

Lunch is less extensive and less expensive. There are 5 meats instead of many and the salad bar has less items. If you are in Ocala at lunchtime it is also an interesting experience.

 Comments:

This is a delicious Indian restaurant. The buffet lunch which is served daily has many dishes and is a good way to sample this cuisine. There are chicken, sometimes lamb selections and lots of vegetarian choices. The buffet has rice, Nan bread, yogurt, chutneys, an onion appetizer and a sweet dish for desert. There is always Butter Chicken (Chicken Makhani) and Tandoori Chicken. The vegetables change daily and are wonderful. Most of them are not spicy.  Dinner is ala carte and has a huge amount of dishes to select from. There is an assorted appetizer selection (Nawabi Lukme) for two that samples four dishes and there is a Bombay House Mixed Grill that includes Tandoori chicken, lamb and shrimp as well as Chicken Tikka which is nuggets of marinated chicken.

 We go to Tandoor Grill for lunch often..
