OLD BUSINESS
PRO
Board Meeting on November 2: Dave
and Phil attended the meeting. One
item of discussion was possible elimination of the PRO Board but it was
felt there still may be a need to keep it as a sounding board for
residents. An item of
concern is speeding along Laurel Valley Road voiced by Laurel Valley
residents. They will also
be voicing concern at the Annual HOA Board Meeting at 3pm on December 1.
Voting takes place that day from 10am to 3pm.
Dave invited SRV residents to attend that meeting to express
concerns, either pro or con.
Walk
Around with Teresa Watkins: Phil
reported the walk around for the five families who have signed up will
take place beginning at 1pm on Monday, November 16.
He’s hoping an HOA Board representative will be participating
also.
Shared
Wells: Dave had no news
to report.
NEW
BUSINESS

Election: Volunteers
are needed to fill the positions of President, Vice President,
Secretary, and Treasurer. Terms
begin in February 2010. Contact
Nominating Committee members Dave, Lowell, or Herb if interested.
SRV
Monthly Meeting Surveys: Dave
will hold off another week. Please
respond to his e-mail survey.
Architectural
Review Committee meets at 8am on Wednesdays, November 11, and
November 18.
Next
PRO Board Meeting will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010, at 7pm in
Hermitage Hall.

wants to send out an e-mail to residents soon.
Veteran’s
Day: Dave asked all
veterans to stand for recognition.
